Overgas will purchase up to 1.0 billion m3/y of regasified LNG for 10 years from Excelerate Energy.

The 35th LNG carrier Pan Americas has arrived at the LNG terminal, LNG Hrvatska, on the island of Krk, Croatia.

An average of 49.0 billion ft3/d of LNG was traded globally during 2021, an increase of 2.2 billion ft3/d from 2020, according to The LNG Industry GIIGNL Annual Report 2022.

BW Singapore, built in 2015, has a maximum storage capacity of approximately 170 000 m3 of LNG and a nominal continuous regasification capacity of approximately 5 billion m3/y.

The order, which was received in 2Q22, was for the tank design of three new LNG carriers.

The company has announced the appointment of Elio Ruggeri as Chairman and the confirmation of Giovanni Giorgio in the role of Chief Executive Officer.

The event is taking place in Milan, Italy, from 5 - 8 September 2022.

Up to 7.5 billion m3/y of natural gas are to be handled via this terminal as quickly as possible. This is approximately 8.5% of Germany’s current gas demand per year.

The order is for the tank design of two new LNG carriers on behalf of a European ship owner.

Wood Mackenzie states that a rewriting of energy trade flows is now underway following the complete ban on Russian commodity exports.
