LNG news in Europe

After extensive repairs and improvement work, Hammerfest LNG is back in production after the fire in September 2020.

Through the contract, Golar will deliver the existing LNG carrier Golar Arctic as a FSRU that Snam will install in Sardinia as part of a project to supply the island with energy.

The agreement is for the supply of fuel for Brittany Ferries’ two new-build, LNG-fuelled hybrid Ro-Pax vessels that will operate between England and France from 2025.
