Cheniere to commission first LNG cargo from Corpus Christi this November

This is reportedly months ahead of schedule, and will signal the start of operations at the facility. The terminal is Cheniere’s second LNG export facility, and the third major export facility in the US.
Reuters reports that commissioning work has been carried out on the terminal since summer, and that, although it was scheduled to come onstream in 1H19, Cheniere reportedly previously stated that first LNG was scheduled before the end of the year.
