Indian importer offers three LNG cargoes from US terminal

Reuters reports that Gail has 20-year agreements to purchase 5.8 million tpy of LNG from the US. These volumes are reportedly split between Sabine Pass and Dominion Energy’s Cove Point facility.
According to the sources, the Indian importer has offered three cargoes on a free-on-board (FOB) basis from Cheniere’s terminal for the second half of January, the second half of July, and the first half of November loading.
According to Reuters, the tender for the cargoes was set to close on 22 January.
