The US$42.5 million camp contract has a term of 27 months and, through the company’s partnership with the West Moberly First Nations, will provide remote workforce accommodation for the construction of the Coastal GasLink Pipeline Project.
Following receipt of the notice to proceed, Black Diamond Group claims that all conditions related to the conditional contract award have been satisfied and work is expected to commence this quarter.
In addition to the Coastal GasLink Project, Black Diamond Group has also been awarded a 304-bed rental contract in Kitimat, British Columbia, Canada, to support initial infrastructure build out in the region. The assets are reportedly being installed throughout the first quarter, and the rental contract has a minimum term of 12 months, with an option to extend if necessary.
