Gazprom claims Russian gas is not being displaced by US LNG in Europe

, Gazprom has stated that Russian gas is not currently being replaced in European markets with US LNG.
Reuters reports that the US has established itself as the fastest-growing LNG exporter in the world.
Reuters also notes that the US is set to become the third-largest shipper of LNG in the world this year. This is due to increasing output from US shale fields.
