Reuters is reporting that Hungary’s MVM energy group has announced that one of its units, MFGK Croatia, has reserved capacity at Croatia LNG’s Krk LNG terminal from January 2021.
This reservation is reportedly part of Hungary’s plans to diversify its gas supplies. Indeed, a recent company statement from MVM announced its plans to purchase up to 1 billion m3 of gas per year via Krk LNG between 2021 and 2028.
