Indian companies seeking LNG deliveries for February

According to Reuters, a number of Indian companies are seeking LNG cargoes for delivery in February on the spot market.

Bharat Petroleum Corp. Ltd is reportedly seeking one cargo for delivery into Dahej on 19 February in a tender that closed on 7 January.

Indian Oil Corp., meanwhile, is seeking cargo for delivery into Dahej on 18 February, as well as another cargo for delivery into Ennore for 1 – 20 February through two tenders closing this week.

In addition to this, Reuters reports that Gail (India) is also looking for a cargo for delivery in February. However, the source added that this could not be immediately confirmed.

Gail has reportedly also sold a cargo for loading in March from the Sabine Pass LNG facility in the US, and purchased a cargo for delivery into Dahej or Dabhol in early February through a swap tender.
