LNG Industry,
According to the latest Reuters report, Pakistan has issued a tender for 10 LNG cargoes with delivery dates between the start of October and the end of December.
The LNG spot market has experienced oversupply as of late, with cargoes trading at below US$4 per million Btu (a multi-year low). As a result, this new tender will be eagerly welcomed by the market.
Documents from Pakistan LNG have reportedly shown that the company is seeking four cargoes in October, two for November and four for December.
All bids are due by 5 September.
