Gazprom appoints LNG Saint Petersburg director
Sergey Gustov has been appointed Director General of Gazprom LNG Saint Petersburg.
Gustov was born in the Vladimir Region in 1969. In 1992 he graduated from Plekhanov Saint Petersburg State Mining Institute, majoring in Technology and Comprehensive Mechanization of Strip Mining. He also has a PhD in Engineering.
Gazprom history
Between 1998 and 1999 Gustov was Deputy Director for Cooperation with State-Funded Entities of Mezhregiongaz affiliate in the Leningrad Region.
Between 1999 and 2004 he acted as Deputy Director General of Peterburgregiongaz.
From 2004 to 2008 he was Director General of PeterburgGaz.
Between 2008 and 2014 Sergey Gustov was Director General of Gazprom Gazoraspredeleniye.
Baltic LNG
Gazprom LNG Saint Petersburg is a special-purpose company set up to implement the project for constructing a natural gas liquefaction plant in the Leningrad Region (Baltic LNG).
