Höegh LNG Partners LP declares cash distribution for 3Q19

Höegh LNG Partners LP has announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash distribution with respect to 3Q19 of US$0.44 per unit for the common units.

According to the statement, the distribution corresponds to an annualised distribution of US$1.76 per unit.

Höegh claims that the cash distribution for the common units will be paid on 14 November this year to all common unit holders of record as of the close of the business on 31 October 2019.

In addition to this, the board also declared a cash distribution of US$0.546875 per 8.75% Series A preferred unit. The cash distribution for the 8.75% Series A preferred units will be paid on 15 November 2019 to all 8.75% Series A preferred unit holders of record as of the close of the business on 8 November 2019.
