GasLog announces public offering of senior notes due 2024

GasLog Ltd has announced that it is planning to offer US$250 million aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2024 in a public offering under its effective shelf registration statement.

GasLog is planning to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay debt and for general corporate purposes, including working capital.

Stifel, Nicolaus & Co. Inc. and DNB Markets Inc. are acting as joint book-running mangers and structuring agents of the offering.

The offering is being made only by means of a prospectus supplement and accompanying base prospectus. When available, the prospectus supplement and accompanying base prospectus relating to the offering may be obtained from Stifel, Nicolaus & Co. Inc.
