Asian LNG spot prices remain steady

Reuters is reporting that Asian LNG spot prices have seen little change this week, due to a quiet market and low liquidity.

The latest estimates for Asian LNG spot prices for February deliveries have been reported to be between US$5.10 – US$5.20 per million Btu.

According to a Reuters source, “demand is still weak following the Christmas and New Year holidays and there is plenty of supply.”
