Ørsted completes divestment of LNG business

Following its initial company announcement on 18 December 2019, Ørsted has now completed the divestment of its LNG business.
Ørsted has divested its LNG business to Glencore, an Anglo-Swiss multinational commodity trading and mining company.
This divestment has been made due to the Ørsted’s strategic focus on renewable energy.
