Matson christens LNG-ready con-ro ship

Matson, Inc. has announced that it has christened the largest combination container / roll-on, roll-off (con-ro) ship ever built in the US in a ceremony at the NASSCO shipyard in San Diego on 15 June 2019.

 

EDGE produces first LNG in the US

Japanese utility joins small scale FLNG study

According to Reuters, Japanese company Kyushu Electric Power Co. has agreed to support a study that will look into the production of LNG using floating LNG vessels at small, remote gas fields offshore Australia, which otherwise would remain untapped.
