NYK to build second LNG-fuelled PCTC

NYK has announced that it has reached an agreement with Shin Kurushima Dockyard Co. Ltd for the construction of a second LNG-fuelled pure car and truck carrier.

Cheniere Energy, Inc. has announced that Jack Fusco, President and Chief Executive Officer, along with other members of the Cheniere management team, will ring the New York Stock Exchange Opening Bell on 5 February 2020 in celebration of a recent milestone.

 

BC Ferries awards contract for LNG-fuelled vessel

BC Ferries has awarded Remontowa Shipbuilding S.A. of Gdansk, Poland, a contract to construct an additional LNG-fuelled vessel scheduled to go into service in the Southern Gulf Islands in 2022.

APLNG sees 3% decrease in revenue

According to Reuters, Origin Energy – the Australian electricity and gas retailer – has said that quarterly revenue from its Australia Pacific LNG project fell by 3%, impacted by lower prices.
