Nauticor becomes sole charterer of the Kairos LNG bunker supply vessel

Under the terms of the agreement, Klaipedos Nafta – the operator of oil products and LNG terminals – has agreed to sell its subsidiary’s (UAB SGD logistika) 10% stake in the charter contract of Kairos to Nauticor.
The Kairos LNG bunker supply vessel is the world’s largest such vessel. As a result of the transaction, Nauticor will become the sole charterer of the vessel. According to the statement, the transfer will become effective as of 30 September 2019.
