Shizuoka Gas signs LNG SPA with Clean Energy

Shizuoka Gas Co., Ltd. has announced that it has entered into an LNG Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Clean Energy Co.,Ltd in China (Subsidiary of Dalian Inteh Holdings Co., Ltd) to deliver LNG from Shimizu LNG Terminal in the form of ISO tank containers.
Shizuoka Gas has been seeking further utilisations of Shimizu LNG terminal since 2017, when it made a success of reloading LNG through the reloading facility. This is the first binding term contract in Japan to transport LNG through ISO tank containers to China where gas demand is rapidly increasing.
LNG supplied from Shizuoka Gas will be delivered to Taishan Gas Group and Rizhao Public Transport Group in China through Clean Energy and Ants Energy as an LNG selling company under Dalian Inteh Holdings.
