AB Klaipedos nafta approves transfer of LNG terminal regulated activities

AB Klaipedos nafta has released a statement claiming that its board has reapproved the transfer of the regulated activities of the Klaipeda LNG terminal to the subsidiary UAB SGD terminalas.
According to the statement, the decision will enter force when it is approved by both the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania and the General Meeting of shareholders of the company.
