Hokuriku Electric seeking November LNG cargo

Reuters is reporting that Hokuriku Electric is seeking an LNG cargo.
The delivery is being sought for the second half of November, and offers are due in the week commencing 26 August.
The Japanese company is reportedly not a regular importer of LNG, however it started importing LNG in late 2018.
