Luna will be based in Houston, US, where he will oversee the company’s business development activities in the oil and gas market in the Americas. This will include helping clients in the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors.
Luna began his career as a project engineer at Exxon, and has 35 years of experience in engineering and construction management. He has held a number of positions at various international engineering and construction companies, and most recently served as President and CEO of UniversalPegasus International (UPI).
