NOVATEK increases number of management board members

PAO NOVATEK has released a statement announcing an increase in the number of management board members.

According to the company, the company’s board has elected the following individuals to the management board:

Eduard S. Gudkov (Deputy Chairman of the Management Board).
Denis B. Solovyov (Deputy Chairman of the Management Board – Director of Communications Development Department).

RWE and Glenfarne sign 20-year supply agreement

RWE Supply & Trading and Texas LNG Brownsville LLC, part of Glenfarne Group, LLC, have signed a 20-year sales and purchase agreement for 1 million tpy of LNG.
