Anadarko announces changes to leadership

Anadarko Petroleum Corp. has announced a number of leadership changes, including the appointment of Darrell Hollek – the former Executive Vice President, US Onshore Exploration and Production – to the position of Executive Vice President, Operations. He will be responsible for the company’s US onshore exploration, production and midstream activities, as well as its international and Gulf of Mexico operations.

In addition to this, Anadarko has appointed Ernie Leyendecker – the former Sr. Vice President, International Exploration – to the position of Executive Vice President, International and Deepwater Exploration.

Bob Daniels, meanwhile, who is the former Executive Vice President, International and Deepwater Exploration, will remain in his role as an Executive Vice President and member of the company’s Executive Committee until his retirement in late 2016. Joining him in retirement is Jim Kleckner, the former Executive Vice President, International and Deepwater Operations.

They each made Anadarko a better company."
