Air Water acquires Taylor-Wharton Malaysia shares

Air Water Inc. has released a statement claiming that it will acquire all shares of Taylor-Wharton Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. – an indirect subsidiary of Taylor-Wharton International LLC. Taylor-Wharton Malaysia manufactures cryogenic equipment for industrial gas, such as a cryogenic liquefied gas bulk storage tanks, micro-bulk containers and portable liquid cylinders. The acquisition will provide Air Water with a high quality manufacturing facility.
Air Water claims that, through this acquisition, it has established a competitive foreign facility, expanding its cryogenic business capabilities. In addition to this, Air Water aims to establish businesses for equipment involved in the expanding LNG supply chain for southeast Asia, as well as North America.
