Concord Energy hires former Gunvor trader and looks to enter LNG trade

Nasrat Muzayyin, the Chairman and owner of Concord – an oil trading firm based in Singapore – reportedly told Reuters: “Julien will lead the Concord team and expand the breadth of trading and energy related projects to bring the company into the next levels of growth.”
According to Reuters, the Chairman added that the company has plans to enter the LNG trade.
Reuters also claims that, according to a number of trade sources, the former Gunvor trader has bought a stake in his new company, and hired an LNG trader to help commence the company’s LNG trading business.
