Anadarko announces board of directors elections

Alexandra Pruner and Michael K. Grimm have been elected to serve as independent directors of the company. They have been effective in their new role since 15 November 2018.
The Chairman and CEO of Anadarko, Al Walker, said: “Alie’s experience in the oil and natural gas industry and her strategic leadership in finance and investment banking make her a particularly good fit for our board of directors.
“Mike is a respected leader in the energy industry with a strong track record of success in the US onshore, most recently in West Texas, where one of Anadarko's most prolific growth assets is located. We are fortunate to add their perspectives and experiences to our boardroom.”
