Enagás and the Jovellanos Centre to create International LNG School

The school will offer a range of training courses for industry professionals, and will be held at the Jovellanos Centre’s installations and Enagás’ regasification plant in El Musel, Spain.
The Jovellanos Centre’s installations cover a 143 000 m3 site, and employ professionals with experience in providing training in the fields of safety, marine rescue, fire-fighting, as well as LNG.
The agreement, which was signed in Gijón, is the result of collaboration between the Maritime Safety Agency and Enagás within the CORE LNGas hive project, which is co-financed by the EU. The main objective is the jointly develop a training programme to cover all aspects of LNG.
