Coralius embarks on maiden delivery voyage

Skangas took deliver of the 5800 m3 bunker vessel from owners Anthony Veder and Sirius Shipping on 2 September 2017.
The vessel was delivering LNG to Skangas’ terminal in Øra, Fredrikstad, Norway. It was loaded with LNG at the company’s production facility in Risavika, Stavanger.
Coralius was built by Royal Bodewes, and was developed in close cooperation between Skangas and the owners.
The CEO of Skangas, Kimmo Rahkamo, said: “We are very content with further developing the marine LNG availability in Northern Europe by our new ship Coralius.
“We look forward to serving our existing and new customers wherever they need LNG by ship-to-ship. Today the technology and ship engines are sound for gas and we are more than ready to supply it by our supply chain.”
