PNG team renegotiates LNG project agreement with Total

According to Reuters, Papua New Guinea has sent a team to Singapore to renegotiate its agreement for the Papua LNG project with Total SA.

The Papua LNG project is a joint venture consisting of ExxonMobil Corp., Total and Oil Search Ltd.

Reuters reports that the state negotiating team includes Petroleum Minister Kerenga Kua, and will return with a report early next week.
