Polskie LNG announces leadership change

Gaz-System S.A. has announced that Jan Chadam has resigned as President of the Management Board of Polskie LNG S.A.

Gaz-System – a strategic company for the Polish economy, responsible for the transmission of natural gas and the management of the most important gas pipelines in Poland – claims that an Acting President of the Management Board shall be Izabella Lys-Gorzkowska, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

Polskie LNG is owned by Gaz-System, and was established to build the Swinoujscie LNG terminal.

RWE and Glenfarne sign 20-year supply agreement

RWE Supply & Trading and Texas LNG Brownsville LLC, part of Glenfarne Group, LLC, have signed a 20-year sales and purchase agreement for 1 million tpy of LNG.
