Technip wins multidisciplinary engineering services contract from Woodside

Technip has announced that Woodside has awarded it an engineering services contract to provide multidisciplinary engineering services as part of an engineering panel. The contract covers all of Woodside’s operated onshore, offshore and subsea producing assets. Technip and Genesis (group’s wholly owned subsidiary) may provide a number of services, including the following:
- Concept select and feasibility studies.
- Front end engineering and design (FEED).
- Detailed engineering.
- Support for production engineering.
- Engineering assessment and review, and Genesis’ specialist technical services (i.e. flow assurance, technical safety).
The President of Technip in Asia Pacific, Arnaud Pieton, said: “We are delighted to continue our relationship and journey with Woodside in the pursuit of innovative engineering solutions for their existing and extensive onshore LNG facilities, offshore oil and gas assets and subsea infrastructures.”
