AB Klaipedos Nafta has released its preliminary LNG activity and revenue results for March 2018:
In March 2018, AB Klaipedos Nafta’s LNG terminals regasified and supplied 509 000 MWh of natural gas to the natural gas transmission system. During the first three months of 2018 the company regasified and reloaded a total of 1.1 million MWh of natural gas. These activity levels are lower than those reported for the same period last year – 652 000 MWh and 1.5 million MWh respectively.
This trend is reflected in the revenue results. Preliminary sales revenue from the company’s LNG terminals for March 2018 totalled €5.2 million, compared to €5.4 million in March 2017. Similarly, the preliminary revenue of the company’s LNG terminals for the first three months of 2018 comprised €17.1 million, compared to 2017’s figure of €18.5 million (a decline of 7.6%).
