Gazprom and Mitsui discuss cooperation-related issues

Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee, and Masami Iijima, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mitsui & Co. Ltd, have held a working meeting at the 5^th Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok, Russia.

According to the statement, the parties discussed issues related to their cooperation, expressing appreciation for the Sakhalin II project, which turned 25 year old this year. It was noted that LNG and oil from the project have been purchased by 19 different countries around the world.

Gazprom claims particular attention at the meeting was paid to cooperation on small and mid scale LNG.

Osaka Gas holds naming ceremony for first LNG bunkering vessel

As a prelude to the launch of its ship-to-ship LNG bunkering business in April 2026, Osaka Gas has held a naming ceremony for its first-ever LNG bunkering vessel at Shitanoe Shipbuilding Co., Ltd.
