Tallgrass Energy Partners acquires Tallgrass Terminals and Tallgrass NatGas Operator

Tallgrass Energy Partners, LP has acquired Tallgrass Terminals, LLC and Tallgrass NatGas Operator, LLC from a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tallgrass Development, LP pursuant to a Purchase and Sale Agreement effective 1 January 2017.
The drop-down was negotiated on behalf of the Partnership by the Conflicts Committee of the Board of Directors of the general partner of the Partnership and the cash consideration for the transaction was US$140 million.
