Pétrolia Inc. has announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement with Pieridae Energy Ltd to amalgamate to form a new entity – Pieridae Energy Ltd (Amalco).

Woodside signs LNG supply agreements with Uniper

Woodside has signed LNG sale and purchase agreements with Uniper for the supply of 1 million tpy from Louisiana LNG LLC and up to 1 million tpy from its global portfolio.
