CNPC signs cooperation agreement with Mubadala Petroleum

China National Petroleum Corp. (CNPC) has released a statement claiming that it has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Mubadala Petroleum.
Under this agreement, the two companies will cooperate on upstream oil and gas investment and the relevant project services outside of the UAE, particularly in conventional onshore projects, offshore projects and LNG projects.
The agreement was signed in the presence of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan (the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi), Wang Yilin (the CNPC Chairman), and Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber (the UAE Minister of State and CEO of Energy at Mubadala Development Co.).
