Novatek and CNPC sign Arctic LNG 2 agreement
Novatek and CNPC have signed a share purchase agreement for a 10% Arctic LNG 2 stake.
CNOOC subsidiary to acquire 10% equity interest in Arctic LNG 2 LLC
CNOOC Ltd and its wholly-owned subsidiary have entered into a share purchase agreement with JSC Novatek and Ekropromstroy, pursuant to which, CEPR shall acquire 10% equity interest in Arctic LNG 2 LLC held by Ekropromstroy.
