Japan spot LNG contract price falls to lowest level in 18 months

According to Reuters, data released by Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry has shown that the average contract price for spot LNG cargoes delivered to Japan in February this year fell to its lowest level since September 2017.

Lithuania to ask Belarus to convert nuclear power plant to gas

According to Reuters, Saulius Skvernelis, the Lithuanian Prime Minister, is set to ask Belarus to convert its nuclear power plant to gas, which would be provided by Lithuania’s LNG terminal and a planned link between Lithuania and Poland.
