APG signs agreement with Scherbon Consolidated Inc.

American Power Group Inc., a subsidiary of American Power Group Corp., has signed a Certified Installer and Dealer Agreement with Scherbon Consolidated Inc. for training and certification to sell, install and service APG's Stationary Dual Fuel Conversions in New England, USA.

Scherbon Consolidated Inc. designs, installs and maintains wastewater pumping stations and emergency power-generation equipment.

Scott Scherbon, Founder and CEO of Scherbon, said: "[We] are excited about the opportunity to bring APG's dual fuel upgrade solution to the market.
