Rolande LNG BV has announced that it recently opened its fifth LNG fuelling station. The latest station, opened in Nieuwegein, the Netherlands, only dispenses LNG, like another of its fuelling stations is Geldermalsen.
Rolande LNG has three other stations that dispense both LNG and CNG in Veghel, Tilburg and Utrecht.
Rolande LNG maintains that driving on LNG helps to save costs, improve air quality and lower CO2 emissions. Running a truck on LNG is also 75% quieter than a diesel engine.
