Petronet LNG announces new MD and CEO

Petronet LNG Ltd has announced that Shri Prabhat Singh is to be its new MD and CEO. He brings with him 35 years of industry experience, having worked in the hydrocarbon industry in both MNC and state-owned firms for many years.

Our world class technology assets combined with the incredible talent and passion of the Petronet team provide us with a unique opportunity to shape the future of the company. I look forward to expanding on the strong foundation that has been built over the years,” commented Singh.
Singh is recognised as a visionary professional in the industry for having a great business sense; he has been instrumental in putting India (GAIL) on the world gas map and has contributed hugely in the execution of the world’s longest exclusive LPG pipeline project from Jamnagar to Loni.
In addition, Singh has also been a member of the National Auto Fuel Policy of MoPNG and a member of the governing body of the Rajeev Gandhi Institute of Petroleum and Technology, Raibareily, India.
