Mexican power company buys six LNG cargoes

According to Reuters, the state-run Mexican power company, CFE, has successfully secured five cargoes of LNG from Citi. It has also secured an LNG cargo from Gazprom Marketing & Trading. All six of the cargoes will be delivered in the first half of 2016.

Traders have reportedly claimed that CFE is aiming to import one LNG cargo per month, starting from January 2016 and ending in June.
