Klaipedos Nafta awards EPC contract for LNG reloading station

AB Klaipedos Nafta has awarded the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) works contract for its Klaipeda LNG reloading station to a consortium of PPS Pipeline Systems GmbH and Chart Ferox.
The consortium has agreed to undertake all of the works according to the contract on a lump sum amount of €27.7 million, excluding VAT.
The contract between AB Klaipedos Nafta and the consortium will only enter into full force if shareholders of AB Klaipedos Nafta approve the EPC contract at a general meeting.
