Klaipedos Nafta reports figures for May
During May 2015, Klaipedos Nafta regasified a total of 430 000 MWh of natural gas at its LNG terminal, which was then supplied to Lithuania’s natural gas transmission system.
A total of 2 289 000 MWh or natural gas has been regasified since the beginning of the year.
The company also reported that in May 703 000 t of petroleum products were reloaded into its storage tanks at the Klaipeda oil terminal and Subacisu fuel base (SFB), an increase of 49.2% compared to May 2014.
The preliminary sales revenue for the company’s LNG terminal for May 2015 is €5.4 million, equivalent to one twelfth of the total LNG terminal operation costs and return on investments into terminal infrastructure for 2015.
Klaipedos Nafta’s total preliminary revenue for the first five months of 2015 was €45.2 million, compared to €14.5 million for the same period last year.
