Klaipedos Nafta reports increase in net profit in 1H16

SC Klaipedos Nafta has released interim financial information for 1H16. The company claims that its net profit for the period was €11 722 000. This is 23.9% higher than the €9 458 000 that was reported in 1H15. In addition to this, the company reported that EBITDA for 1H16 was 11.4% than in 2015.

The company generated €57 348 000 in sales revenue in 1H16. This is 6.5% higher than the €53 871 000 that was generated in 1H15.

The company claims that its results have improved due to an increase in the volume of the petroleum products transhipment, and because of the expanded LNG terminal activity.
