SRA supports FERC with IT solutions
SRA International, Inc. has been awarded a contract to provide Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) to the US Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).
The contract includes a base year and six option years, and is valued at US$85 million if all options are exercised.
SRA has developed a comprehensive approach and built a team specifically designed to provide ongoing IT support for FERC's systems. Under the contract SRA will provide a full range of IT services including programme management, IT policy and administration, IT operation and maintenance, information security, systems engineering and documents and registry services.
"SRA is extremely pleased with the opportunity to provide IT services to FERC by integrating new technologies, developing innovative processes, and introducing IT solutions that will bring cost savings and increased efficiency to the Commission," explained Paul Nedzbala, Executive VP for SRA's Health and Civil Group.
