Dynagas LNG declares cash distribution

The board of directors of Dynagas LNG Partners LP have declared a quarterly cash distribution of US$ 0.365/unit, with respect to the second quarter ended 30 June 2014 .
The cash distribution is payable on or about 12 August 2014 to all unitholders of record as of the close of business on 5 August 2014.
Dynagas Partners has a fleet of four LNG carriers, with an aggregate carrying capacity of 604,100 m3. The LNG carriers are employed on multi-year charters.
