LNG trading manager hired by Saudi Aramco trading arm

Reuters is reporting that Saudi Aramco’s trading arm, Aramco Trading Co., has hired an LNG trading manager.
According to his LinkedIn profile, the new manager is Garth Edward, a former Engie and Petrochina LNG trader.
Sources suggest this move is part of Saudi Aramco’s growing expansion into LNG trading. Indeed, as of late the company has reportedly been increasing its gas production and considering further investment in LNG.
