Tallink completes sale of the fast ferry, Superstar

AS Tallink Grupp has announced that it has completed the sale of the fast ferry, Superstar.

The ownership of the vessel was transferred from the subsidiary company, Tallink Superfast Ltd, to Medinvest SpA (Corsica Ferries Group) on 1 December 2015.

AS Tallink Grupp will continue operating the ship under the charter until the beginning of 2017 on the Tallinn-Helsinki route shuttle route service. At this point, the new LNG fast ferry will begin operating on the same route.

The Tallinn-Helsinki route’s daily shuttle service will not be affected by the transfer of ownership.
