LNG Allies, USTDA and US Chamber of Commerce GEI to host US LNG event

LNG Allies (The US LNG Association), the US Trade and Development Agency (USTDA), and the Global Energy Institute (GEI) of the US Chamber of Commerce have announced that they will convene numerous energy, trade and international experts for a high-level dialogue: ‘Supporting US LNG Exports through Global Gas Infrastructure Development’, on 5 March in Washington, DC.

The half day event will be held at the US Chamber of Commerce and will feature Speakers from independent federal agencies, executive branch departments and the private sector. The discussion will be focused around the role global gas infrastructure plays in supporting US LNG exports.

The list of speakers currently includes the following, with further speakers due to be announced prior to the event: Thomas Hardy, Acting Director, USTDA; Kimberly Reed, Chairman, Export-Import Bank of the United States; Francis Fannon, Assistant Secretary for Energy Resources, US Department of State; Ian Steff, Assistant Secretary for Global Markets, US Department of Commerce; Bonnie Glick, Deputy Administrator, USAID; Katie Bays, Co-Founder, Sandhill Strategy; Kevin Book, Managing Partner, Clearview Energy Partners; and Christopher Goncalves, Managing Director Energy Practice, BRG.
